Fixed clipping of icons when using magnification on transparent mode
Fixed some problems based on the Error Reports i got. Hope this helps some of ya out there.
Added the option on the Error Reporting Dialog for the user to describe under which context the error happened, system specs and eventually submit a contact e-mail address for the author.
Orbit now is Multi-User enabled. Now Orbit stores its configuration under the Windows User Settings folder. This allows the same Orbit binaries serve many users.
The configuration directory is now a folder with the UserName inside the Profiles folder in the Orbit directory.
(Current users won't lose their current configuration. It will be copied)
Added support for language files! you can just copy the "English.xml" file and translate the text in it and name it as your language! and use it.
If you make a translation of Orbit that hasn't been included on the release or is an improvement on the one released, please send it over so it can be included on the next one!
Made the label drawing in non-transparent mode better. thus fixing the bug of it not always showing up on some machines (but not all).
Made the folder pop on mouseover have a slight delay so that it doesn't go crazy sometimes. it's more comfortable too
Added support for 3d icons. load the XML file from the image browser.
Added support for synching the Orbit background image with the Windows Wallpaper. (except on tile mode)

Added some basic way to replace the icons when exploring a Disk. just place a png file with the icon to replace with the extension name in the 'extenions' folder.
As in, if i want to replace the MP3 icon, i'll place a "mp3.png" icon with the new icon on the extensions folder.
Added a slight scroll animation. This makes it more evident what items shown are new and what are not.
Added a Task List object! look for an item that "shows the tasks that are running" in the item's properties.

Known Issues in this release:
When transparency is on, the mouse wheel sometimes doesn't work. A workaround is to click a folder icon and then use the mouse wheel.
Also when transparency is on, the icon labels are ALWAYS behind the icons. This is a problem with my window layering. No workaround is available.
